is a series of self-help resources produced by the Canadian Cancer Society to help people successfully quit smoking. This series for smokers and the people who care about them was designed with input from smokers and is based on the stages of change. Each of the three resources in the One Step at a Time series is targeted for people who identify with a particular classification (want to quit, don't want to quit, want to help a smoker quit), and offers assistance along the road to successfully quitting smoking for good.
